Cloud1 can provide access to Cloud1 support portal to any customer requiring the access. Customer requesting the access should send an email to support@cloud1.fi with following information: Name, email, phone number and company. By default Cloud1 will enable user access using username and password. In case user wants to use Azure AD login please mention that also.

After prosessing the request Cloud1 will send the customer an email containing an invitation code that should be used while registering personal account to Cloud1 support portal. During the personal account registration user has an option to use username and password combination or Azure AD login. Azure AD login only works if the Azure AD account is added to the system in forehand.
